Pet Policy No animals are permitted in the community at any time, including pets belonging to residents or guests, except when approved as a reasonable accommodation for a disability. Any resident seeking approval for an assistance animal must submit a written request to management and provide all documentation permitted by law to verify the need for the accommodation. Management will review the request in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If approved, the resident must sign a Support Animal Addendum before the animal is allowed on the property. Only the specific animal approved in writing by management is permitted. If management has not approved an animal in writing through the proper reasonable-accommodation process, and a resident moves in or later brings an animal onto the property—even if the animal might otherwise qualify as a support animal—it will be considered an unauthorized animal. Approval must be granted before the animal is brought onto the property. Failure to follow this process will result in a lease violation, required removal of the animal, and any applicable fines.
